Animal models of Wistar rats were used to study the changes of somatosensory evoked potentials (SEPs) in rats after 1-allyl chloride-3 subacute poisoning. Compared with the control group, the SEPs of the rats in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group, significantly lower than those in the control group. 1-allyl chloride-3 can make the central - peripheral nerve conduction disorder.
