研究了六面锻造+余热淬火以及高频处理条件下钢中残余奥氏体量和残余应力对Cr12MolV的组织和耐磨性的影响。研究结果表明六面锻造+余热淬火可使钢的碳化物细化1~2级,晶粒度细化1~2级,并改善了耐磨性。而残余应力和残A的量越多,耐磨性越低。在所做的各类热处理制度中,残余应力最小的空冷+200℃二次回火试样的耐磨性最好。
The effect of retained austenite and residual stress in steel on the microstructure and wear resistance of Cr12MolV was studied under the condition of six-forging + residual heat quenching and high-frequency treatment. The results show that the six forging + residual heat quenching can refine the steel grade 1 ~ 2, the grain size refine 1 ~ 2, and improve the wear resistance. The more residual stress and residual A, the lower the wear resistance. In the various types of heat treatment done, the residual stress of the smallest air-cooled +200 ℃ second-tempered samples wear the best.
