我市农村牧区基层党建工作无论是工作方法还是整体水平都已经走在了全区的前列,主要表现在:明确责任,强化了嘎查(村)党组织工作格局;重点突破,优化了嘎查(村)党组织整体结构;创新机制,提高了嘎查(村)党组织的服务水平;星级管理,提升了嘎查(村)党组织的质量档次;加强保障,激发了嘎查(村)党组织的工作热情。但仍然有一些地方需要努力实现重点突破:努力提高一类(五星级)党组织比例;开展后进嘎查(村)党组织书记对外交往能力的培训;努力扶持恢复壮大嘎查(村)集体经济;努力提升嘎查(村)民主管理建设水平;加大嘎查(村)党组织后备人才的培养力度。
The work of grass-roots party building in rural areas and pastoral areas in our city has been at the forefront of the entire district, both in terms of working methods and overall standards. The main tasks are as follows: clarifying responsibilities and strengthening the work pattern of party organizations in Gacha (key village); focusing on breakthroughs and optimizing (Village) party organizations; the innovation mechanism has improved the service level of the party organizations in Gacha (village); the star-level management has improved the quality level of the party organizations in Gacha (village); the protection has been strengthened and Gacha Party work enthusiasm. However, there are still some areas that need to make efforts to achieve major breakthroughs: strive to raise the percentage of party organizations of a category (five-star); conduct training on the ability of Party branch secretaries to conduct exchanges with foreign countries afterwards; and work hard to support the restoration and expansion of Gacha (village) collectives Economy; strive to improve the level of democratic management in Gacha (village); and increase the training of reserve personnel for Party organizations in Gacha (village).
