目的 :评价闭合式玻璃体切除术的临床应用价值。方法 :对 5 3例、5 3眼严重眼外伤、视网膜血管疾病所致的增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变 (PVR) ,复杂性视网膜脱离等采用闭合式玻璃体切除术联合视网膜前膜剥离 ,视网膜切开 ,冷凝 ,激光光凝 ,气体或硅油充填及巩膜外硅胶垫压或环扎等治疗技术 ,随访 1～ 12个月。结果 :5 2例保存了眼球 ,占 98%。 4 7例视力提高 ,占 88.7% ,视力大于 0 .3者 12例 ,占 2 2 .3%。手术并发症以并发性白内障、玻璃体再出血和视网膜脱离为主。结论 :闭合式玻璃体切除术治疗眼外伤、PVR、视网膜脱离疗效满意 ,有重要的临床应用价值。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical value of closed vitrectomy. Methods: The closed vitreoretinal surgery combined with retinal detachment, retinal detachment, retinal detachment, retinal detachment, retinal detachment, retinal detachment and so on were performed in 53 cases, 53 eyes with severe ocular trauma, proliferative vitreoretinopathy caused by retinal vascular disease (PVR) Condensation, laser photocoagulation, gas or silicone oil filling and scleral padding or cerclage and other treatment techniques, followed up for 1 to 12 months. Results: 52 cases saved the eye, accounting for 98%. 47 eyes improved visual acuity, accounting for 88.7%, visual acuity greater than 0.3 in 12 cases, accounting for 22.3%. Complications of surgery to complicated cataract, vitreous hemorrhage and retinal detachment based. Conclusions: Closed vitrectomy for ocular trauma, PVR, retinal detachment satisfactory results, there is an important clinical value.
