本文运用氚自射线照相法和接头充氢后释放规律的观察,研究了Cr30Ni9/高碳钢接头不均匀混合区中的富奥氏体带的形成及其对接头氢扩散和聚集行为的影响,并建立了相应的氢扩散模型,试验和分析结果表明:富奥氏体带的形成将延缓和阻碍焊缝中的氢向母材侧扩散;母材侧仅在熔池阶段及结晶后的高温阶段扩散进入了少量的氢。所得结论、对研究异种钢接头熔合线两侧的冷裂纹的形成机理有其理论指导作用。
In this paper, we observed the formation of austenite-rich bands in the heterogeneous mixing zone of Cr30Ni9 / high carbon steel joints and their effects on the hydrogen diffusion and aggregation behavior of the joints by using tritium self-radiography and hydrogen release after the joints were hydrogenated. And the corresponding hydrogen diffusion model was established. The experimental and analytical results show that the formation of the austenite-rich zone will delay and prevent the hydrogen in the weld from diffusing to the base metal. The base metal only diffuses into the molten pool and the high temperature after crystallization Stage spread into a small amount of hydrogen. The conclusions obtained have theoretical guidance for studying the formation mechanism of cold cracks on both sides of fusion line of dissimilar steel joints.
