1 前言 大气中的硫污染,特别是SO_2污染对一些金属材料腐蚀的影响是非常显著的。在不同地点进行的暴露试验研究,表明环境的湿度和SO_2浓度一起对锌腐蚀产生影响。由于大气环境因素复杂,很难人为控制。而且大气暴露试验的周期很长,有必要进行实验室模拟加速试验。国内在采用SO_2模拟工业大气腐蚀研究方面,仅对碳钢做了初步的研究。本文探讨一定条件下锌在SO_2气氛中的腐蚀规律,以及温度、湿度及SO_2浓度对锌腐蚀的影响。
1 Introduction Sulfur pollution in the atmosphere, especially SO 2 pollution on the corrosion of some metallic materials is very significant. Exposure experiments conducted in different locations show that environmental humidity and SO 2 concentration have an impact on zinc corrosion. Due to the complex atmospheric environment, it is difficult to control by humans. And atmospheric exposure test cycle is very long, it is necessary to conduct laboratory simulation accelerated test. Domestic use of SO_2 simulation of industrial atmospheric corrosion studies, only a preliminary study of carbon steel. In this paper, the corrosion of zinc in SO 2 atmosphere under certain conditions and the effect of temperature, humidity and SO 2 concentration on the corrosion of zinc were investigated.
