急性有机磷农药中毒两组药物救治的临床对比分析

目的:探讨阿托品与长托宁治疗急性有机磷农药中毒的效果。方法:将急性有机磷农药中毒患者84例随机分为两组,对照组42例采用阿托品治疗,观察组42例采用长托宁治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组中毒症状持续时间、住院时间均明显少于对照组,胆碱酯酶活性恢复时间、意识障碍恢复时间均明显早于对照组,治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿托品与长托宁均可用于急性有机磷农药中毒治疗,其中长托宁的治疗效果更好。“,”Objective To investigate effect of atropine and penehyclidine hydrochloride in treatment of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods 84 patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were randomly divided into two groups.42 patients treated atropine as control group. 42 patients treated penehyclidine hydrochloride as observation group. Therapeutic effect was compared between two groups.Results Duration of poisoning symptoms, hospitalization time in observation group were significantly less than control group. Activity recovery time of cholinesterase, recovery time of consciousness disorder in observation group were significantly earlier than control group. Total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than control group. Incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was significantly lower than control group. Differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Atropine and penehyclidine hydrochloride can be used in treatment of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. Penehyclidine hydrochloride has better effect.
