为了验证肝素在氯化钠注射液中的稳定性,作者用下法制备检品溶液: 将肝素注射液(1000 u/ml)用0.9%氯化钠注射液稀释成1.0 u/ml 的溶液,然后用0.6μ的微孔薄膜过滤至125ml 用滤过蒸溜水洗净的直边中性玻璃输液瓶中,加盖橡皮塞,轧铝盖后115℃ 30分钟灭菌。肝素的活性测定采用 Mardar 氏法[Thrombosiset Diathesis Haemorrhagica,24:230,1972]在试管内观察在不同浓度的硫酸鱼精蛋白溶液中加入凝血酶的氯化钠溶液后肝素的抗凝作用。
