从APEC进程分析,关系到APEC发展的重要因素是APEC成员之间的贸易关系,也就是说,APEC成员间联系的纽带是经济关系,而贸易关系占最重要的地位。从大阪行动议程要求的贸易和投资自由化各项条款分析,贸易自由化首当其冲,其主要是关税减让和非关税壁垒措施的减少或消除。为了分析APEC成员间的贸易关系,首先介绍一下文中资料的核算方法,然后再分析特点及利害关系。
From the APEC process analysis, an important factor that affects the development of APEC is the trade relations among APEC members. In other words, the ties between APEC members are economic ties, and trade ties take the most important position. From the analysis of the terms of trade and investment liberalization required by the Osaka Action Agenda, trade liberalization has its brunt, primarily the reduction or elimination of tariff concessions and non-tariff barriers. In order to analyze the trade relations among APEC members, we first introduce the accounting methods of the data in the text, and then analyze the characteristics and interests.
