党的十七届四中全会审议通过了《中共中央关于加强和改进新形势下党的建设若干重大问题的决定》,《决定》总结了我们党作为马克思主义执政党加强自身建设的六条基本经验:坚持把思想理论建设放在首位,提高全党马克思主义水平;坚持把推进党的建设伟大工程同推进党领导的伟大事业紧密结合起来,保证党始终成为社会主义事业的坚强领导核心;坚持以执政能力建设和先进性建设为主线,保证党始终走在时代前列;坚持立党为公、执政为民,保持党同人民群众的血肉联系;坚持改革创新,增强党的生机活力;坚持党要管党、从严治党,提高管党治党水平。对于这些基本经验,我们党为什么提出必须倍加重视、倍加珍惜,必须作为加强和改进新形势下党的建设的重要指导原则长期坚持,并在实践中不断丰富发展?本期特邀请济南市委党校教授王克群进行解读。
The Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee of the Party examined and adopted the Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Several Major Issues concerning Strengthening and Improving the Party Construction in the New Situation. The Decision summarized six basic experiences of our party as the Marxist ruling party to strengthen self-construction : Adhere to the ideological and theoretical building in the first place and improve the Marxist level of the entire party; adhere to the great project of promoting the building of the party with the great cause of promoting the party led closely to ensure that the party has always become a strong leader of the cause of socialism; insist Upholding the party for the public and governing for the people, maintaining the flesh-and-blood ties between the party and the masses of the people; upholding reform and innovation, enhancing the vitality of the party; upholding the party’s Manage the party, strictly administer the party and improve the level of party governing the party. For these basic experiences, why should our party put more emphasis on and cherish more importance, and we must uphold it as an important guiding principle for strengthening and improving party building in the new situation and enriching and developing it in practice.
