作为高端技能型人才培养重要基地的高职院校把就业率、就业质量视为人才培养工作的重中之重,采取一切有效措施着力推进。人才培养必须与市场需求吻合,学生所学专业必须适应社会经济发展,才有出路,才能高质量就业。高职院校培养满足社会建设和经济发展需求的人才,一定要面向市场,分析研究市场,认识了解市场,掌握市场行情。
Vocational colleges, as an important base for cultivating high-end skilled personnel, regard the employment rate and the quality of employment as the most important task in personnel training, and take all effective measures to promote it.
