目的了解云浮市硫酸生产企业职业病危害预防控制情况。方法依据国家职业卫生标准对硫酸生产作业场所中存在的主要职业病危害因素进行检测。结果硫酸生产行业存在的主要职业病危害因素有粉尘、化学毒物和噪声等,原料岗位和焙烧岗位粉尘时间加权平均浓度(CTWA)合格率为100%,排渣岗位粉尘CTWA合格率为85.7%,二氧化硫CTWA合格率为100%,焙烧岗位二氧化硫短时间接触浓度(CSTEL)合格率为92.3%,三氧化硫及硫酸CTWA和CSTEL合格率均为100%,炉前风机房和二氧化硫风机房噪声强度超标率分别为87.5%和71.4%。结论硫酸生产行业职业病危害关键控制点为粉尘和化学毒物,部分除尘装置和通风排毒设施的设计和运行存在缺陷,应合理设置职业病防护设施,完善职业健康管理体系,在生产过程所产生的职业病危害是可以预防和控制的。
Objective To understand the prevention and control of occupational hazards in sulfuric acid production enterprises in Yunfu City. Methods According to the national occupational health standards, the main occupational hazards in sulfuric acid production sites were tested. Results The main occupational hazards in the sulfuric acid production industry were dust, chemical poisons and noises, the passing rate of CTWA for raw material post and roasting post was 100%, the passing rate of CTWA for post-discharge dust was 85.7%, sulfur dioxide The passing rate of CTWA was 100%, the qualified rate of CSTEL in roasting station was 92.3%, the passing rate of sulfur trioxide and sulfuric acid CTWA and CSTEL was 100%, the noise intensity exceeded the standard Respectively 87.5% and 71.4%. Conclusion The key control points of occupational hazards in the sulfuric acid production industry are dust and chemical poisons. The design and operation of some dedusting devices and ventilation and detoxification facilities are flawed. Occupational disease prevention facilities should be set up rationally to improve the occupational health management system.
