我国水利水电工程的砂石系统,除映秀湾外,至今都采用开路生产。这样,对天然骨料,级配基本上是“靠天吃饭”对人工骨料,则全靠调整排料口。但根据排料口尺寸确定的制品粒度特性是不大靠得住的,生产调整也颇麻烦。为了控制最粗级别超径石的大小和数量,不得不减小排料口的尺寸,这样常引起级配分布的不均匀,生产和需用的不平衡。映秀湾工程的人工骨料系统,其中细碎部分采用闭路,多余的骨料返回再破碎,可按工程需要,生产各级骨料,基本上做到无弃料。堆料场也不会因级配不平衡而扩大贮量。闭路用于超径石的处理比较简单,已有
