目的探讨泌尿系结石患者行输尿管镜钬激光碎石疗法的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析接受经尿道输尿管内钬激光碎石治疗的患者120例的临床资料。结果碎石成功率100%,术后并发症发生率7.5%。8周后,碎石排净率100.0%。结论泌尿系结石患者行输尿管镜钬激光碎石疗法,能有效进行碎石,且术后恢复快、安全可靠,具有重要的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in patients with urolithiasis. Methods The clinical data of 120 patients undergoing transurethral ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy were retrospectively analyzed. Results The success rate of gravel was 100% and the incidence of postoperative complications was 7.5%. After 8 weeks, the gravel rejection rate was 100.0%. Conclusions Ureteroscopic ureteroscopic ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy is an effective method for lithotripsy, and it has the advantages of rapid recovery after operation, safety and reliability, and has important clinical significance.
