GATA基因家族是生物中一类重要的转录因子,在动植物生长发育、细胞分化以及植物响应环境变化中发挥重要作用.为揭示水稻中GATA家族特征及表达模式,利用生物信息学的方法对水稻GATA家族进行序列比对分析、保守结构域分析、蛋白三级结构分析以及GATA家族表达谱分析.本研究揭示了水稻 GATA家族含有共同的GATA结合域,其蛋白三级结构整体相似性较高,组织中的表达水平呈丰富多样性,在激素应激中开启了不同的表达响应模式.这为进一步研究GATA基因家族成员的生物学功能提供参考依据,同时为水稻中其他基因家族研究提供指导.“,”The GATA family is an i mportant class of transcription factors in living things, which play an important role in growth and development of plants and animals, cell differentiation and response to environmental changes in plants. In order to reveal the characteristics and expression patterns of GATA family in rice, bioinformatics method was used to analysis of sequence alignment, conservative domain, protein tertiary structure and GATA family expression profiles in rice. This research revealed that the GATA family in rice contained GATA binding domain, and its tertiary structure had a high similarity in general. The expression level of GATA family was diverse in tissues, and the different expression response patterns were showed in the hormone stress. These results might provide a reference for further study of the biological functions of GATA gene family members, and the guidance for the study of other gene family in rice.
