平菇易于栽培,是菇类中普及推广面积较大的一种.我校生料露地畦栽平菇成效显著.本文主要介绍其栽培管理技术.(一)菌种选用以日平均气温在17～24℃播种最适宜.一般早秋栽培用中温型品种,如佛罗里达;晚秋及初冬栽培用低温型品种,如糙皮侧耳;春季栽培用高温型品种,如831.(二)选地建畦选背风向阳空地,按东西走向做畦,宽1m,深10～14cm,床距40～50cm,畦面龟背形,四周及畦底拍实,播种前用石灰水泼浇消毒.
