我公司构件加工厂的生产工艺,多年来一直采用半地下窑坑和塑料薄膜覆盖等蒸汽养护方法,用汽量大,模板使用周期长,工作环境不良,劳动条件差,生产效率低,不能满足当前建筑施工飞速发展的需要。我们学习了湘潭、上海、丹东三个兄弟单位的经验,结合本单位、本地区的具体条件,从去年二月份开始自行设计,自行施工安装建成立式蒸汽养护窑一座,已投入生产。初步生产证明,立窑生产效率高,大幅度降低煤耗,产品质量稳定,改善了劳动条件,并为
