为使规格为S9、S12、S15的路用集料分档更清晰,选择常用3YK2160集料振动筛分设备作为研究对象,基于EDEM仿真软件建立处理能力分别为80m3/h、100m3/h和120m3/h的振动筛分设备模型,以筛分效率作为集料分档效果的评价指标,在筛网尺寸分别为6mm、11mm、22mm的条件下,对筛分过程进行仿真分析以优化振动筛分设备在不同的处理能力时对应的结构参数与振动参数。仿真分析表明:在80m3/h、100m3/h和120m3/h处理能力下,3YK2160集料振动筛分设备的结构参数和振动参数优化值分别为倾角20°、振幅44mm、频率16Hz,倾角23°、振幅3mm、频率16Hz,倾角23°、振幅4mm、频率16Hz。
