德高望重的高级工艺美术师强巴格桑 拉萨市古建队高级工艺美术师强巴格桑,12岁开始学画,13岁就跟着师付到桑耶寺和敏珠林寺修复壁画。1955年他参加了罗布林卡新宫的壁画绘制,特别是画出了新宫大门和房顶以及达赖喇嘛宝座的图案,因此升任为第二位师付“玛琼”。以后又画出了小昭寺金顶的图案和参加了罗布林卡、布达拉宫、小照寺等壁画的修复。1982年被古建队吸收工作后,又参加抢救维修萨迦寺、桑耶寺、夏鲁寺、哲蚌寺、色拉寺和噶丹寺的壁画。特别是在维修布达拉宫的浩大工程中,他坚持带病工作,与赤烈群培、多布吉一道,以高超的技艺,把揭取下来又归安上去的壁画,修复得天衣无缝,不留半点痕迹,他在完成众多壁画修复任务的同时,还毫无保留地带徒传艺,到目前为止,已带出了20多人,其中高徒有7人。（据《西藏日报》）

Especially in the vast project of the maintenance of the Potala Palace, he insisted on bringing his sickness to work with Chek Lap Group Training and Dorjee to repair the murals that have been taken off and settled down perfectly, With the slightest trace, while accomplishing numerous mural restoration tasks, he also carried out the art of fooling around unreservedly.
