目的对某公司年产15万t扁铸锭项目职业病危害和防护措施效果进行评价,并提出合理可行的职业病防护对策。方法根据相关法律、法规,在现场调查的基础上,将检查表法与现场检验法相结合,对该项目进行防护措施的效果评价。结果该建设项目的总体布局、职业病防护设施和卫生辅助用室设置等符合国家有关规定。生产过程中可能产生的主要职业病危害因素为粉尘(铝合金粉尘)、有毒物质(硫化氢、二氧化硫、一氧化碳等)和噪声等物理因素。经现场测试,粉尘合格率为100.0%,有毒物质合格率为100.0%,噪声合格率为83.3%。结论该项目在职业病危害控制方面是可行的。
Objective To evaluate the effect of occupational hazards and protective measures of a company with an annual output of 150,000 tons of flat ingot and to propose a reasonable and feasible occupational disease protection countermeasure. Methods According to the relevant laws and regulations, on the basis of on-the-spot investigation, combining the checklist method with on-site inspection method to evaluate the effect of protective measures on the project. Results The overall layout of the construction project, occupational disease protection facilities and health aids rooms set in line with relevant state regulations. The main occupational hazards that may arise in the production process are physical factors such as dust (aluminum alloy dust), toxic substances (hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide, carbon monoxide, etc.) and noise. After field test, the passing rate of dust is 100.0%, the passing rate of toxic substances is 100.0% and the passing rate of noise is 83.3%. Conclusion The project is feasible in the control of occupational hazards.
