1986年以来我院采用单侧肾周淋巴管结扎术治疗乳糜尿36例,其中26例为单侧肾源性,10例为双侧肾源性,经过长期随访,疗效良好,现报道如下。 1资料与方法 1.1 临床资料 本组36例,男15例,女21例;年龄21岁～71岁,平均年龄45岁;病程20天～30年,平均病程5.7年,所有病人均生活在丝虫病疫区。本组病例中乳糜血尿17例,占47.2％。全部病例尿蛋白、尿乳糜试验均为阳性。经膀胱镜检查定位31例,经淋巴管造影检查定位5例,其中右侧肾源性患者12例,左侧肾源性患者14
