前不久辽宁省营口市农业局依据《中华人民共和国农药管理条例实施办法》,提出限制和禁止在蔬菜、瓜果上使用剧毒、高毒、高残留农药,为保护消费者的需要。该市明确规定,凡地处蔬菜、瓜果产区的各类农药商店禁止向菜农、果农销售规定的三类农药。每年集中清理农药销售点,对经销人员定期培训,向他们宣传正确使用农药,积极推广生物农药,以确保广大消费者的健康不受
