目的计划生育是我国的一项基本国策,人口和计生工作是一项艰巨而复杂的社会系统工程,是社区建设的一项重要内容。它关系到群众的身心健康和家庭幸福。随着经济快速发展流动人口不断增加,计生对象数量急增,一些企业片面追求经济效益,不愿承担计生社会责任,新情况新问题层出不穷,给计生工作增加了难度。
The purpose of family planning is a basic national policy of our country. Population and family planning work is an arduous and complex social system project and an important part of community building. It is related to the people’s physical and mental health and family happiness. With the rapid economic development, the number of migrant workers is on the rise and the number of family planning targets is on the rise. Some enterprises are unwilling to bear the social responsibility of family planning and the new problems and new ones emerge in an endless stream, making it more and more difficult for family planning work.
