一、前言近二十年来,在光学冷加工工艺中,金刚石铣磨、金刚石高速精磨和塑料模高速抛光获得了显著进展。但是,并没有发生突破性的变革,与金属零件加工工艺相比,光学冷加工工艺的发展还是相当缓慢的。光学零件加工工艺的发展方向如何?是大家所关心的问题。本文着重分析介绍近几年国外光学零件加工中比较引人注意、意义比较重大的一些动向。在此之前,先简略环顾一下光学零件加工古典工艺改革的基本过程和国外目前所达到的水平。
I. Introduction In the past two decades, significant progress has been made in the optical cold-working process in diamond milling, diamond high-speed grinding and high-speed polishing of plastic molds. However, no radical changes have taken place. Compared with metal parts processing, the development of optical cold processing is quite slow. Optical parts processing technology development direction? Is everybody’s concern. This article focuses on analysis and introduction of foreign optical parts in recent years more interesting in the processing, some of the more significant significance. Prior to this, a brief look at the basic process of processing classical optical technology and the current level of foreign countries reached.
