由于砷广泛存在于砷黄铁矿、磁黄铁矿、黑钨矿、电气石、石榴石,常与金、锡及硫化物(黄铁矿、黄铜矿、闪锌矿等)共生,又是多种矿物中的杂质,因此,在上述矿物开采、冶炼过程中所产生的粉尘常系含砷的混合性矽尘。有关砷化物与石英粉尘的联合作用问题,以往报道甚少。深入探讨砷对矽肺发生发展的影响,可为制定含砷混合性矽尘作业场所卫生标准提供科学依据,为此我们采用大白鼠气管染尘法对砷化物与石英粉尘的联合作用进行了实验观察。现将结果报告如下。
