2013年4月3日,吐鲁番地委书记张文全主持召开高昌故城、交河故城申遗工作专题汇报会。地委副书记、行署专员伊力汗·奥斯曼,地委委员、秘书长牛学兴,地区人大工委副主任沈青松,行署副专员玉买尔江·买买提,吐鲁番市主要领导及地区文物、旅游、国资、财政部门负责人参加会议并陪同检查。张文全在听取了申遗工作情况汇报后,实地检查了高昌故城、交河故城申遗的前期工作开展情况,详细察看了遗址保护和环境整治的进展情况、申遗迎检道路及新建游客服务中心选址区,了解申遗工作遇到的困难和问题。
