1990年4月至1992年8月,我们对主诉头痛头晕的155例患儿采用经颅多普勒(TCD)检测颅底动脉射血速度,发现102例异常增快。现分析讨论如下。一、资料分析本组102例中,男57例,女45例;4~6岁8例,7~10岁78例,11~12岁16例。均在发病时作TCD检查,其起病和症状有一定特征,排除颅内感染、肿瘤、颅脑损伤及发热。(一) 方法及结果:用2MHz探头经颞窗及枕大孔窗探测大脑中、前、后动脉及椎基动脉的血流频谱及射血速度,并与相应年
From April 1990 to August 1992, we detected transcranial Doppler (TCD) ejection velocity of skull base arteries in 155 children with headache and dizziness, and found that 102 cases were abnormally fast. The analysis is as follows. First, the data analysis of 102 cases in this group, 57 males and 45 females; 4 to 6 years old in 8 cases, 7 to 10 years in 78 cases, 11 to 12 years old in 16 cases. When the onset of TCD for examination, the onset and symptoms have certain characteristics, excluding intracranial infection, cancer, brain injury and fever.
