6月27日,全球领先的人力资源、薪酬、福利管理服务提供商——ADP宣布位列全球主要调研公司Gartner集团全新推出的“薪酬BPO服务魔力象限领导者”地位。Gartner集团最近评估了全球11个主要薪酬BPO服务公司,从而得出如上结果。薪酬BPO服务主要是由客户外部第三方提供的部分或全部薪酬流程行政支持;传统上,薪酬流程支持由雇主内部管理完成。
On June 27, ADP, the world's leading provider of human resources, compensation and benefits management services, announced that it has been newly launched by the Gartner Group, the world's leading research company, as the “Magic Quadrant for Lean BPO Services” leader. Gartner Group recently evaluated the world's 11 major pay BPO service companies, which draws the above results. Payroll BPO services are primarily administrative support for some or all of the pay process provided by third parties external to the customer; traditionally compensation process support is completed by the employer's internal management.
