In order to transport granular cargoes such as cement and fertilizers, a railway vehicle factory in China designed and manufactured a tanker truck with a capacity of 60 tons for unloading bulk cargo. The tanker is located on the chassis by three equal-sized tanks in the direction of the traction center beam. As shown in FIG. 1 , the tank body itself is mainly formed by butt welding three parts of a shallow dish-shaped tank top cover, a cylindrical tank body, and a lower cone for unloading. The car has passed the appraisal and has been used in large quantities. However, users and relevant departments recently hope that the car will be able to reduce its weight and increase its carrying capacity.
