采用有限元法对扭矩轴的设计进行了分析,通过试验,对分析结果进行了检验。实践证明,扭矩轴设计是合理的,可以满足采煤机正常采煤以及过载保护的要求。
The design of torque shaft was analyzed by finite element method. The test results were tested. Practice has proved that the torque shaft design is reasonable and can meet the normal shearer coal mining and overload protection requirements.
