鲁布革水电站压力钢管采取国际招标,我公司与日本川崎重工联合承包该项工程。材料为日本生产的ASTM标准四种板材,我公司承担压力钢管的组装焊接及现场安装。为了保证焊接质量,先进行焊工培训考试和焊接工艺评定试验。压力钢管制造与安装过程中,每焊完一定焊缝长度,再进行实际工况下的制品焊接试验。以上焊接试板均需通过接头拉伸、冷弯、硬度和-20℃V型缺口冲击试验。在试验过程中,我们发现降低层间温度能显著提高A516Gr65钢自动焊焊缝的冲击韧性。现将试验成果进行初步总结,以供参考。

During the test, we found that reducing the interlayer temperature can significantly improve the impact toughness of the A516Gr65 steel automatic weld. The trial results are now preliminary summary for reference.
