中国加入WTO,为特许经营带来无限商机。一方面众多国际特许经营盟主进入中国,相关的法律将开放并国际化,另一方面,中国特许经营本土盟主和中国特许经营市场历经10年的培育,也进入了成长期。 特许经营是当今世界上最为流行的企业扩张和个人创业途径之一。无论是作为迅速扩大经营规模的途径,还是为了达到增强品牌知名度或改善企业财政状况的目的,特许经营在国内外市场已越来越受到商业人士的关注。它适应了现代化生产和消费变化的客观要求,通过低成本扩张实现规模化经营,通过标准化服务实现科学化管理,是一种高效率的经营方式。 近几年实践证明,以特许经营模式拓展的企业明显以更平衡、更高速的状态发展壮大。知名品牌基础更坚实、网络更广泛,而新建品牌也以前所未有的速度在全国各地生根。随着国民经济的不断发展,国内投资者无论从数量上还是资金上,都已空前强大起来,为特许盟主的发展提供了坚实的基础。
China’s accession to the WTO has brought enormous business opportunities to franchising. On the one hand, many international franchise leaders enter China. Relevant laws will be liberalized and internationalized. On the other hand, the franchise owners in China and the Chinese franchise market have also entered a period of ten years of cultivation after they fostered their tenure. Franchising is one of the most popular ways of business expansion and personal entrepreneurship in the world today. Whether as a way to rapidly expand the scale of operation or in order to enhance brand awareness or improve the financial status of enterprises, franchising in the domestic and foreign markets has been more and more business people concerned about. It is adapted to the objective requirements of modern production and consumption changes, and it is an efficient operation mode to realize large-scale operation through low-cost expansion and scientific management through standardization services. In recent years, it has been proved that enterprises that have expanded their franchise business are obviously growing at a more balanced and faster pace. The foundation of a well-known brand is stronger and the network is more extensive, while new brands are also taking root in different parts of the country at an unprecedented rate.
