二、结构考虑(一)内磁式磁路结构是小型扬声器结构特点之一.它有利于扁平化和防止磁路外散磁场的产生.一般内磁式磁路结构还可分为三类:(1)具有接铁的方形磁回路结构,如图10所示.这种结构的特点为体积较大,磁效率较高.国产φ65扬声器即采用这种结构.(2)小型纸盆扬声器最常用的磁路结构是采用无接铁的圆形心柱磁路,如图7所示(见上期).该种磁路结构符合扁平小型要求,但效率较低.φ40扬声器即采用这种结构.尺寸为:外径14毫米,高度11毫米.(3)微薄条形磁回路结构,如图11所示.这种磁路结构可以做得很薄,但磁效率更低,且结构工艺较繁,国外间有采用.φ40扬声器曾采用这种结构进行试验,扬声器总高度只有9毫米,详见后面所附照片.
