患者,女性,32岁,农民。正当用餐取酒时,相距2尺远的桌上啤酒瓶突然自发爆破,玻璃瓶片弹伤右眼,致角巩膜穿孔,伤口大小为3×3×2mm。虹膜脱出,前房积血,瞳孔变形,晶状体浑浊。急诊入院即行修补术。本例所遇情况可能为酒内残留活酵母继续发酵,改变了瓶内压力。加上正值盛夏,高气温下瓶内压力升高。或是由于啤酒瓶质量差所致。 Patient, female, 32 years old, farmer.
