本文研究了一组老年ＶＢＩ患者的临床表现及ＢＡＥＰ，共３０例，其中男２０例，女１０例，平均年龄６７．３６岁。结果显示，该组每例均有眩晕或头晕，最常见神经系统体征是眼震和Ｒｏｍｂｅｒｇ氏征阳性，ＢＡＥＰ异常率为８０．０％。作者认为，ＢＡＥＰ对ＶＢＩ具有诊断意义，即使对没有相应神经系统体征者亦然。但ＶＢＩ的诊断仍不能脱离临床表现。并提出ＶＢＩ的诊断标准。
This article studied the clinical manifestations and BAEP of a group of elderly patients with VBI, a total of 30 cases, 20 males and 10 females, with an average age of 67.36 years. The results showed that each group had dizziness or dizziness. The most common signs of nervous system were nystagmus and Romberg’s sign. The abnormal BAEP rate was 80.0%. The authors believe that BAEP has diagnostic significance for VBI, even for those who do not have the corresponding neurological signs. However, the diagnosis of VBI still can not be out of clinical manifestations. And put forward the diagnostic criteria of VBI.
