目的探讨玻璃纤维桩的临床应用价值。方法将2006—2008年辽阳市一五三医院口腔科进行前牙缺损修复患牙80颗,随机分为玻璃纤维桩组(40颗)和铸造金属桩组(40颗),分别用纤维桩+树脂核和铸造金属桩修复,经过2年临床随访观察,对其牙龈灰线、根折、桩折发生情况进行比较。结果铸造金属桩修复的牙齿牙龈发生牙龈灰线9颗,根折4颗;玻璃纤维桩修复的牙齿仅有1颗牙齿发生桩折断;两组问题发生率[32.5%(13/40)对2.5%(1/40)]比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在牙体缺损修复中,玻璃纤维桩修复明显优于铸造金属桩。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of glass fiber post. Methods 80 teeth were repaired in Department of Stomatology, 153 Hospital of Liaoyang City from 2006 to 2008. They were randomly divided into glass fiber pile group (40) and cast metal pile group (40) Resin core and cast metal post repair, after 2 years of clinical follow-up observation of its gray gingival line, root fracture, pile fracture occurred compared. Results There were 9 gingival gray lines and 4 root defects in the gums repaired by the cast metal posts. There was only 1 tooth broken in the teeth repaired by the glass fiber posts. The incidence of the two groups of problems [32.5% (13/40) vs. 2.5 % (1/40)], the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion In the repair of dental defects, the repair of glass fiber post is obviously better than the cast metal post.
