随着城市地铁的持续建设和地铁网络的不断完善,新线隧道施工过程中从既有铁路、既有构筑物下穿越的情况越来越多。以莞惠城际铁路工程为依托,根据现场钻孔勘测获取现场土层的力学参数和监测数据资料,对其中区间隧道下穿既有京九铁路线采用D型便梁加固结构。重点分析D型便梁结构,运用ANSYS软件进行有限元模拟分析。分别对采用客车列车、货车列车对20m跨及24m跨进行加载下四种最不利工况进行计算,根据监测资料总结D型便梁加固方法对的实际加固效果及地层沉降变形控制,保障下穿隧道施工安全,为同类施工计算提供指导借鉴。
With the continuous construction of metros and the continuous improvement of the metro network, there are more and more situations for the new line of tunnels to pass under the existing railways and existing structures during the construction. Based on Wanghui intercity railway project, the mechanical parameters and monitoring data of on-site soil layers were obtained according to the site borehole survey, and the D-type light-beam reinforced structure was used to pass through the existing Beijing-Kowloon Railway line through the tunnel. Based on the monitoring data, the actual reinforcement effects of the D-shaped beam method and the deformation control of the strata settlement are summarized, and the under-wear protection is applied to the four unfavorable conditions under the load of 20m span and 24m span by passenger train and freight train respectively Tunnel construction safety, provide guidance for the calculation of similar construction.
