目的:调查临床护理管理中负性领导行为和护士组织气氛感知现状,并分析护理管理破坏性领导行为与护士组织气氛感知的相关性。方法:采用方便抽样方法,选取2016年1~12月的某二甲医院的215名临床护士作为研究对象,网上填写一般资料调查表、破坏性领导量表和护士组织气氛感知量表。结果:临床护士破坏性领导量表评分为(1.91±0.42)分,其中遭遇破坏性领导中的专制自私型和支持不忠型的比例分别为25.4%和30.2%;护士感知的组织气氛各条目均分为(2.76±0.62)分;负性领导量表中的专制自私型维度和支持不忠型维度与护士组织气氛及各维度均呈负相关(P<0.05),建设型维度与护士组织气氛及各维度均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理管理中存在负性领导行为,护士组织气氛感知程度较低,负性护理管理行为与护士组织气氛感知相互负性影响。
Objective: To investigate the status quo of negative leadership and nursing awareness in clinical nursing management and to analyze the correlation between nursing management destructive leadership behavior and nurses’ perception of organizational climate. Methods: A total of 215 clinical nurses in a hospital from January to December in 2016 were selected as the research objects. The general data questionnaire, the destructive leadership scale and the nurses’ perception of organ atmosphere were filled in online. Results: The score of (1.91 ± 0.42) points in the clinical nurses ’destructive leadership scale was 25.4% and 30.2% respectively in the destructive leadership, including autocratic and supportive infidelity types. The nurses’ perceived organizational climate items (2.76 ± 0.62). Negative correlations were found between the autocratic and supportive infidelity dimensions in the negative leadership scale and the nurses’ organizational climate and each dimension (P <0.05). The constructive dimension and nurse organization Atmosphere and all dimensions were positively correlated (P <0.05). Conclusion: There is negative leadership in clinical nursing management, the awareness of nurses ’organizational atmosphere is low, and negative nursing management behavior and nurses’ perception of the organization’s atmosphere are mutually negative.
