[目的]建立漂浮固化分散液液微萃取测定水样中8种拟除虫菊酯类农药的分析方法。[方法]向水样中加入1-十二醇(萃取剂)和甲醇-乙腈(分散剂),涡旋离心后,于冰浴中浸泡,待1-十二醇凝固后转移,融化后进行气相色谱分析。[结果]方法线性范围在0.1~1.0μg/L之间,回收率为82.3%~99.1%,RSD均小于4.0%。富集倍数为586~1442倍。同时讨论了富集倍数与质量浓度之间的关系。[结论]该方法操作简单快速、灵敏度高,可满足水样中拟除虫菊酯类农药残留的检测要求。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a method for the determination of eight pyrethroid pesticides in water samples by liquid-liquid micro-extraction with floating solidification dispersion. [Method] Add 1-dodecanol (extractant) and methanol-acetonitrile (dispersant) to the water sample, vortex and centrifuge, then soak in the ice bath until the solidification of 1-dodecanol is transferred and thawed Gas chromatographic analysis. [Result] The linear range of the method was between 0.1 ~ 1.0μg / L, the recovery was 82.3% ~ 99.1%, RSD was less than 4.0%. The enrichment multiple is 586 ~ 1442 times. The relationship between enrichment factor and mass concentration was also discussed. [Conclusion] The method is simple, rapid and sensitive, which can meet the detection requirements of pyrethroid pesticide residues in water samples.
