顶岗实习是高职实践教学体系中不可缺少的重要环节,是培养学生综合职业能力的重要途径。目前,职业院校学生学生顶岗实习岗位不对口、技术含量低、企业配合不利等现象普遍存在。不少实习单位的教育、教学、管理职能没能体现出来,亟需各级政府制定有关政策、文件落实的具体实施意见,并加大政策落实的监管力度。文章分析了学生在顶岗实习中存在的问题,提出了如何加强高职学生顶岗实习管理的一系列重要措施。
The internship of posts is an indispensable and important link in practical teaching system of higher vocational schools and an important way to train students’ comprehensive professional ability. At present, vocational college student internship positions do not match, low technology, corporate cooperation unfavorable phenomena such as prevalence. Many internship education, teaching and management functions failed to reflect the urgent need for governments at all levels to formulate specific implementation of the relevant policies and documents, and increase the implementation of the policy supervision. The article analyzes the problems existing in the students’ internship and puts forward a series of important measures on how to strengthen the internship management in vocational college.
