目的:研究活骨胶囊治疗儿童股骨头坏死的临床疗效。方法:对48例儿童股骨头坏死(男26例,女22例,年龄平均7.2岁)共52髋进行研究,其中C attera lⅠ期18髋,Ⅱ期13髋,Ⅲ期21髋。口服活骨胶囊并配合双下肢主动外展塑形疗法及患髋被动旋转推压塑形疗法,平均随访32个月(12~60个月),采用S tu lberg疗效评价标准及M ose法对治疗效果进行评价。结果:Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者均为优,均在半年内痊愈,Ⅲ期优良率为80%,股骨头塌陷改善的情况治疗后较治疗前有显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论:活骨胶囊配合双下肢主动外展塑形疗法及患髋被动旋转推压塑形疗法治疗儿童股骨头坏死具有较好的临床疗效。 Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of Huogu capsule in the treatment of children with femoral head necrosis. Methods: A total of 52 hips were studied in 48 children with osteonecrosis of the femoral head (26 males, 22 females and mean age 7.2 years). Among them, 18 were with C attera l stage I, 13 hips with stage II and 21 hips were stage III. Oral Huogu Capsule and with the initiative of both lower extremities plastic surgery and hip with passive rotary push shaping therapy, with an average follow-up of 32 months (12 to 60 months), using S tu lberg efficacy evaluation criteria and Mose method Therapeutic effects were evaluated. Results: The patients in stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ were both excellent, all of them recovered within six months. The excellent and good rate was 80% in stage Ⅲ, and the improvement of femoral head collapse was significantly different after treatment (P <0.001). CONCLUSION: Huogu capsule has good clinical curative effect in active femoral head osteonecrosis of the femoral head with the active outreach shaping therapy of both lower extremities and the passive rotation of the hip.
