一船型拖拉机上坡时,总是向左跑偏,且左边连续发出“咯、咯”声,拖拉机无力,行驶困难。检查左右驱动轴转动正常,但当方向盘向左转到稍微拉开左转向拨叉时,左驱动轴马上停止转动。拆机检查发现,转向轴安装偏右,引起左转向弹簧弹力过松,当左驱动轮遇到地面阻力时,左转向齿轮会自动脱开中央传动齿轮的啮合,驱动轮便停止转动,因此,发生了上述向左跑偏的故障。调整左右轴承盖上的螺栓,移动转向轴,使转向轴上的中央传动齿轮居于左右转向齿轮的中间位置,即左右转向弹簧紧度同等,拧紧锁紧螺母,装上变速箱盖,再调整左右转向拉杆长度,故障排除了。

Tighten the lock nuts, install the gearbox cover, and adjust the left and right Turn lever length, troubleshooting.
