有足够牙齿的病人的面部中1/3横断骨折的治疗原则是把面部中1/3固定到颅骨的同时,纠正颅面分离,固定上下颌骨,恢复咬(牙合)关系。此法提出的上下颌骨固定是用一根下颌骨颌周结扎丝,把颌周结扎丝的末端固定到附丽在梨状孔边缘的支撑挂钩上,以达到上下颌骨的固定。用第二根下颌骨颌周结扎丝的末端加以扭转,通过鼻侧软组织固定到锚在额骨上的支撑挂钩上(图1)。
In patients with adequate teeth, one-third of the fractures in the face are treated by fixing the middle 1/3 of the face to the skull while correcting craniofacial detachment, fixing the upper and lower jaws, and restoring the bite. The proposed method of mandibular orthodontic fixation is to use a mandibular jugular ligament to fix the end of the mandibular ligature wire to the support hook attached to the edge of the piriform hole to achieve the fixation of the maxilla and mandible. Twisted with the end of the second mandibular jugular ligature and anchored to the support hook on the frontal bone through the nasal soft tissue (Figure 1).
