军队保健工作是一项特殊的医疗服务工作,经历了从萌芽、建立、规范、发展的过程,已逐步形成一套较为专业、科学的保健体系。但我国的保健医学目前无论是地方还是军队均未形成独立的专业学科,人才培训体系也不全面。本文从军队保健工作的意义入手,全面分析了新形势下军队保健工作的现状,并对军队保健学科建立和保健从业人员职业素质培训体系构建进行了探讨与思考,旨在提升保健队伍素质,推动保健学科发展,提高军队保健水平。
The military health care work is a special medical service work that has undergone a process of sprouting, establishing, standardizing and developing and has gradually formed a relatively professional and scientific health care system. At present, neither the local medicine nor the military form an independent professional discipline in China’s health medicine, and the personnel training system is not comprehensive.
