教育的核心要素是“人”。在教育改革不断深化的今天,如何推动教育工作者应改革需要不断专业化成长呢?青岛市教育局认为,持续探索、研究创新是教育家成长的必由之路,良好的制度环境是实现教育家办学的基础保障。2007年,青岛市教科所设立中小学教师科研工作站,组织骨干教师入站访学研修,从理论与实践的结合中探索专家型教师成长路径。
