导向设施是导向信息的物质载体,最终应用于具体的客观环境之中,因此环境空间的形态、大小及环境中的其他事物都会对导向设施设计产生影响。导向设施的寄生设计方法,能很好的帮助我们解决这种客观问题,并能够在节约成本、扩展功能等方面为我们提供帮助。寄生设计的方法包括:物质共用法、功能借用法、能量汲取法、信息共享法、寄生替代法等等。我们在进行导向设施的寄生设计时必须保障导向信息的明确传达作用,明确设施需要宿主提供的功能并能够巧妙利用导向设施的宿主,处理好导向设施与宿主的连接关系同时注意导向设施不能与宿主产生冲突。这种寄生设计的方法能满足未来低碳设计的要求,减少材料的使用提高能量效能,并能够扩展原有事物的功能提高信息效率,节省可用空间。对今后的导向设施设计具有指导意义。
