大学公共英语的分级制教学,是改革传统大学英语教学模式、适应时代发展要求的需要,有其改革的时机和条件,对提高大学英语教学质量的效果是令人期盼的。
The university public English graduation system teaching is the need of reforming the traditional college English teaching mode to meet the requirements of the development of the times. It has the opportunity and conditions for its reform and is expected to improve the quality of college English teaching.
