随着计划生育、优生优育政策的落实,女性实施计划生育手术者越来越多,内生殖器畸形时而遇到,术中应予充分注意,以保证手术质量。笔者曾遇到一例双阴道、双宫颈、双子宫且双子宫均有生育能力的先天性内生殖器畸形病例,就诊时右侧子宫已娠妊50天左右;左侧为未孕子官(已产型)。本例提示我们在实施计划生育手术时遇到内生殖器畸形应根据其类型和功能情况采取相应的对策,如本例双侧子宫均上环;如实施输卵管结扎术
