在车削或磨削曲轴类零件的主轴颈和曲柄轴颈时,必须保证两轴之间的偏心距值符合技术要求。实际生产中,经常需作抽样检查,测出偏心距的实际值与标准值进行比较。用普通的间接测量方法(见图右侧双点划线曲轴)测量偏心距e时,必须经过换算才能得到: e=(h_2-D_2/2)-(h_1-D_1/2) 这实际上影响了测量效率的提高。为此我厂设计了一种测量曲轴类零件偏心距的通用量具,经在成批生产的小型二缸汽油机曲轴上实际使用,证明该量具不仅使用方便,读数精确,还提高测量工效五倍以上。
