一、进一步提高认识,切实加强对乡镇企业党组织建设工作的指导近年来,特别是进入90年代以来,我省乡镇企业迅猛发展,总产值4年翻了两番,在全省社会总产值中占有较大比重。目前全省已有乡镇企业和个体工商户31万家,从业人员达180多万人。但乡镇企业中党的建设工作严重滞后,面临着许多新问题。尚有94%的企业没有建立党组织,党的组织不健全、党员数量少、党员作用发挥不够,以及党组织活动不正常的问题比较突出。这些都必须引起各级党组织的高度重视,大力加强这方面的工作,尽快改变这种状况。加快发展乡镇企业,是我省今后相当长时间内的战略重点,是农村实现脱贫致富奔小康的重要支柱,在我省经济发展中占有特殊位置。不断加强乡镇企业党的建设,是把广大农民吸引和团结在党的周围,加强党对乡镇企业的领导,促进乡镇企业持续、高效、健康发展的重要保证。乡镇企业党建工作搞得好不好,关系到党的基本路线和党在农村各项方针政策的贯彻落实,关系到党在农村执政地位的巩固,关系到整个农村的改革、发展和稳定。因此,加强乡镇企业党的工作,既是当前一项紧迫的任务,又是一

To continuously strengthen the party building in township enterprises is an important guarantee for attracting and uniting the vast number of peasants around the party, strengthening the party’s leadership over the township and village enterprises and promoting the sustained, efficient and healthy development of the township enterprises. The success of party building in township and town enterprises has a bearing on the basic line of the party and the implementation of the party’s various principles and policies in the rural areas and on the consolidation of the party’s ruling position in the rural areas and on the reform, development and stability of the entire rural areas.
